Purchasing a home is always an exciting time. However, it can also be a little stressful. Let me help you relieve some of that stress by performing a comprehensive inspection of your new home. I will work with you to identify potential issues with the house you are about to purchase. I use state-of-the-art software to provide you with a detailed report of the current condition of the home.

I will explain to you all items I find and try to answer all of your questions. We will go through the house together so you will be assured of gaining all the information you need. Make that new home purchase armed with as much information as possible.

Training/Experience

I am a Virginia licensed home inspector and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). ASHI is the only professional membership for home inspectors which require its members to pass a rigorous written examination and fulfill Continuing Education Credits each year of membership. This ensures that I am up to date with the latest training and developments in the home inspection process. I have over 20 years of home building and remodeling experience. The issues that I have seen doing remodeling work lends itself to providing you with an excellent home inspection.
